Beer, Booze & Banter

Welcome to the Gosforth Beer Festival! It's great to have you here!

Following the success of our 2021, 2022 and 2023 festivals, we have a great event lined up for you again this year! With some of the best beers from the best breweries in and around the North East, you're sure to find a favourite! Feel free to sample the beers, lagers, cider and prosecco, enjoy a bite to eat, and get your toes tapping with some live music throughout the day and into the evening!

Here's to 25 years of Gosforth Rugby Club

In 2021 Gosforth Rugby Club celebrated 25 years since a reformation back in 1996 when we split from Newcastle Falcons with the advent of professional rugby. Starting life as Gosforth FC, we're one of the oldest clubs in the North East after being formed in 1877. We are a vibrant grass roots rugby club with kids from age 4 to our seniors, supported by fantastic rugby coaches and team management.

During the Gosforth RFC Beer Festival, we are supported by a brilliant group of volunteers, many of which will wear our green festival T shirts.
